Non Refundable Tickets
• All ticket sales are final and strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. No exchanges or credits will be issued under any circumstances once purchase is complete
Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
• By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept that you and any accompanying minors participate voluntarily and assume all risks—both known and unknown—associated with the Corn Maze, Pumpkin Patch, and Halloween Festival, including uneven terrain, weather exposure, physical exertion, strobe lights, scare actors, insect bites, and more
Waiver of Liability, Release & Indemnification
• You agree to waive and release the park, its affiliates, owners, staff, and agents from any claims arising from injury, illness, death, property damage, or loss—even if due to negligence (“ordinary negligence”)
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the park for any claims, legal fees, or damages arising from your participation, including those actions taken by others under your supervision
Exclusions for Gross Negligence and Willful Misconduct
• This waiver does not apply to injuries or losses resulting from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or intentional acts by the park or its staff, as such protections may not be enforceable under applicable laws
Dispute Resolution
• All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration (or your selected method) as specified in these terms. Class actions or jury trials are waived if legally permitted
General Conduct
• No alcohol, illegal substances, or firearms on premises. Anyone found with these substances / alcohol will be ejected without refund. Police may be called in if deemed right for the Management
• Security guards appointed by Swank Management reserves the right to frisk all visitors
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas; strictly prohibited in mazes and indoor attractions
• Respect all staff, fellow visitors, and property. Disorderly conduct, harassment, or vandalism results in ejection without refund
Maze and Patch Behavior
• Stay on designated paths. No cutting through corn, climbing fences, or removing plants. Violations lead to visitor removal without refund
• No running, throwing objects, or other behavior that could endanger others
Health & Physical Conditions
• Visitors attest they are in good physical health and have no conditions that could be exacerbated by participation (e.g., heart issues, pregnancy, mobility impairments)
Supervision of Minors
• Minors under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Children under a certain age (e.g., 12) require close adult supervision
Lost or Stolen Property
• Swank Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property

• Entry constitutes consent to be photographed and filmed for security, liability, and promotional use
